Single wire handle wire is suitable for crane systems, used to connect control button switches between cranes and winches, electric hoists, elevators, and conveyor facilities.

Structure
Conductor:
Material: High annealed 99.99% oxygen free soft copper wire twisted.
Structure: Multiple strands of thin copper wire twisted together (usually Class 5) to ensure flexibility.
Insulation layer:
Materials: commonly used NBR+PVC, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) or PUR (polyurethane).
Function: Isolate conductors and provide excellent electrical insulation performance.
Tensile layer:
Material: Single non torsion self-supporting steel wire.
Function: Cables work to protect them from being pulled apart, thereby increasing their service life
Outer sheath:
Material: commonly used NBR+PVC, PUR or TPE (black).
Features: Wear resistant, oil resistant, chemical resistant, suitable for industrial environments.
