
Product range:
Flat cables are used in rail cars, trolleys, transmission machinery, overhead cranes, and various flaw detection equipment. They can also be used for the installation of self-supporting shafts or inclined shelves, as well as for power transmission lines and control, lighting, and communication lines.
The improved structural design and precise material selection make flat cables safer and have a longer lifespan when frequently bent or subjected to certain tensile forces. They also have excellent oil and chemical resistance, as well as excellent crack resistance, which further ensures the safety of the cables and reduces maintenance and usage costs.

Structure
Conductor:
Material: High annealed 99.99% oxygen free soft copper wire twisted.
Structure: Multiple strands of thin copper wire twisted together (usually Class 5) to ensure flexibility.
Insulation layer:
Materials: commonly used NBR+PVC, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) or PUR (polyurethane).
Function: Isolate conductors and provide excellent electrical insulation performance.
Tensile layer:
Material: Soft tensile steel wire.
Function: Cables work to protect them from being pulled apart, thereby increasing their service life
Outer sheath:
Materials: commonly used PVC, PUR or TPE.
