The further precise and optimized professional design greatly improves the bending resistance of the cable, making it more durable, safer and more reliable in the towing chain system with continuous bending, free movement, no tension and forced movement, and also in the towing chain system that can bear certain tension and forced movement (refer to the design requirements of the cable for details). The cable has excellent chemical resistance (conforming to IEC811-2-1), oil resistance (conforming to EN60811-404) and mechanical properties, and the excellent mechanical properties guarantee its cycle life of more than 5-10 million times.

Product features: high flexibility, bending resistance, tensile resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and ultraviolet protection.

Cable structure:

Cable structure standard: refer to DIN VDE 0250 standard.

Conductor: it conforms to Class 6 standard in DIN VDE 0295 (or IEC 60288).

Insulation: specially customized NBR-PVC composite insulation material has excellent tensile strength and insulation resistance index.

Insulation marking: conforming to DIN VDE 0293 standard.

Outer sheath: NBR-PVC/ PUR/ Polyurethane has good tensile strength and tear strength.
