The professional and refined torsion-resistant design ensures the safe and stable operation of the cable under the condition of high-speed torsion, greatly ensures the stability of the equipment system, and well solves the cable core breakage, spinning (the cable surface presents spiral phenomenon), insulation layer adhesion damage and sheath damage caused by cable quality problems. It can resist the torsion angle of 720 degrees (refer to the design requirements for details) and maintain a long service life.

Product features: high flexibility, high strength, torsion resistance, high wear resistance, tear resistance, resistance to all kinds of grease, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, anti-ultraviolet, 360 torsion test 6 million times without stopping the core.

Suitable for installation in various occasions where torsion and bending stress exist at the same time, such as the connection and assembly of welding robots and manipulators, and also suitable for connecting rotary or lifting tables.

Cable structure:

Cable structure standard: refer to DIN VDE 0250 standard.

Conductor: Class 6 conductor in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 (or IEC 60228).

Insulation: specially customized composite polyolefin insulation material with superior tensile strength and insulation resistance index;

Insulation marking: conforming to DIN VDE 0293 standard.

Filling: high-grade polyester/cotton, special reinforcement, new super-strong polymer synthetic fiber.

Outer sheath: specially customized high-strength and wear-resistant composite sheath material, which has excellent tensile strength and oil resistance index (conforming to IEC811-2-1 standard) and meets the requirements of RAL 7001.
