LHD cable and electric LHD cable are mainly used for control connectible cables of mine electric LHD equipment.

Characteristics of LHD cable:

The working environment of the cable is harsh, and it needs to move frequently in the roadway to supply power, which directly contacts iron ore and sand with different hardness. Therefore, the requirements for the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the outer sheath of the cable are very high. During the operation of the scraper, the cable will be subjected to great tension and torsion when moving forward, translating or recovering, so the cable's tensile, bending, compression, torsion and wear resistance are extremely demanding. The common cable made of rubber sleeve can not meet such harsh and special use environment, which has brought huge economic losses to customers in the ore mining industry. Therefore, Mingrou Special Cable has developed a special high-strength towing cable for mine electric scraper.

Cable structure of electric scraper:

Conductor: Multi-strand bending-resistant finely twisted oxygen-free ultrafine copper wire, conforming to VDE02956.

Insulation: insulation special TPEE material, insulated wire core with black and white digital identification number.

Central reinforcement: Kevlar fiber bulletproof wire reinforced type.Internal protection: TPU compound is extruded and fixed.

Strengthening layer: Kevlar fiber bulletproof yarn woven layer.

External protection: the external sheath is made of imported special polyether polyurethane PUR material.
